Dear Members,
As the COVID-19 coronavirus continues to spread world-wide and within the United States, Tri State Rail Federal Credit Union is taking proactive steps to ensure the health and well-being of our staff, members and the communities in which we serve.

Operational Changes
Tri State Rail FCU’s top priority is to ensure that we are able to provide safe and continued service to you, our members. Our teams continue to monitor developments surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak and are following guidelines and recommendations from federal, state and local health organizations, including the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), concerning efforts to limit the spread of Coronavirus, COVID-19.

Social distancing and limited face-to-face interaction is strongly encouraged at this time. Tri State Rail Federal Credit Union is taking additional steps to protect our staff, members and community from the spread of Coronavirus, COVID-19; while remaining accessible for members.

EFFECTIVE THURSDAY, MARCH 19, 2020, ALL TRI STATE RAIL FCU LOBBY ACCESS WILL BE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

Home Banking, ATM, Debit Card, Night Deposit, Credit Card and Checks

We ask that anyone opening new memberships or applying for loans to contact us by telephone at (814)455-0092 or (412)823-0121. We are doing this to limit face-to-face interaction and avoid any unnecessary exposure. We understand there may be some circumstances where we need to meet in order to complete a transaction. We will be handling these situations as they arise.

The Credit Union is committed to taking the steps necessary to maintain the health and well-being of our employees, members and community. We will continue to monitor this situation closely and provide updates as to any changes in our operating model.
